Charlotte division of Textile Rubber & Chemical Co. achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification

The Charlotte Division of Textile Rubber & Chemical Co. was officially certified to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000 on April 1, 2003. In achieving this certification, the Charlotte Division successfully qualified a comprehensive Quality Management System that integrates virtually every aspect of its business.

Don Oswalt, the division's ISO Management Representative, led the registration effort with the guidance of Larry Tate of Quality Leadership Systems, Inc. of Charlotte, N.C. Registration was successfully completed in less than nine months and involved the participation of employees at all levels of the organization. The registrar is AQA International, Columbia, S.C.
