Armstrong has added seven new designs to its low- and mid-priced vinyl floor lines, taking cues from the patterns in the company's Natural Inspirations Collection. Included in these offerings are a number of slate and ceramic looks.

Armstrong's Cheswick slate pattern is a 9-inch paver with realistic color, texture and low gloss now offered as part of the Memories and Successor lines. The new Rocky Road, also in these lines, offers the look of a 6-inch rustic slate paver with keystone accents, multicolor hue shifts and rich textures.

Blackwell, Stratton and Hastings are three larger-scale designs, new to the Traditions and Starstep lines, featuring 12-inch formats. Cressona, a 6-inch rustic slate look with realistic textures and muted hue shifts, joins the ToughGuard Enhancements line. Templeton, a banded geometry tile accented with contrasting pavers, joins the ToughGuard Initiator line.
