Papineauville, Quebec-based Lauzon Distinctive Hardwood Flooring announced that it has completed its acquisition of Produits Forestiers Bellerive Ka’N’Enda, marking an addition to Lauzon's manufacturing facilities of solid and engineered prefinished hardwood flooring collections sold under the Classics Collection, NextStep Collection and Polynium+ with Sunshield. This latest transaction, completed on Sept. 10, has grown Lauzon's workforce to 750 people and allowed for consolidated sales in excess of $180 million Canadian (all subsidiaries included), according to Lauzon.

Located in northwestern Quebec, in the heart of a region rich in forest resources, Produits Forestiers Bellerive Ka’N’Enda operates a mature state-of-the-art sawmill, chipping, kiln and rotary-cut veneer facilities servicing primarily export markets. The acquistion gives Lauzon "significant control" over permanent raw material supply and kiln access from three privately-owned sawmills, according to Lauzon.
