During Surfaces 2003, Mohawk will roll out five new or retooled carpet lines -- namely Perfectly Soft, Fashion Avenue, Home and Office, Coastal Charm, and WundaWeve.
Perfectly Soft includes a variety of products that feature soft yarn technology in Mohawk Lisse and Dupont Tactesse fiber. A number of styles also feature patented Forever Fresh odor protection. Perfectly Soft is available in more than 350 colors and a dozen styles.
Fashion Avenue offers more than a dozen new berbers and berber loop products in a broad range of color and textures. Fashion Avenue comes with Scotchgard stain protection treatment, and is backed by a 10-year warranty against wear and a 5-year warranty against staining.
Mohawk’s Home and Office line has added a variety of new products including Chez, Color Guard, Virtual, Proximity, and Exposition. Carpets in this line are 100 percent olefin loop, and are available in myriad colors and graphics.
Constructed with recycled PET fibers, Coastal Charm is part of Mohawk’s EnviroTech line of polyester products. It is a staple product with a high-twist delustered appearance.
The WundaWeve line has added a number of new looks. The Wear Dated II saxony line features three new products -- Pure Beauty, New Elegance and Luxurious Style. There is also a new Intimate series -- composed of Intimate Effect, Intimate Touch and Intimate Style -- that makes use of Anso Caress staple yarn. Casa Sirena and Santa Luz, two new Anso Caress BCF styles with frieze finishes, round out the new carpet offerings.
