Ericsson Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers NFL franchise, recently was repaired with the aid of Laticrete installation systems. Stress cracks had developed throughout the existing black granite floors in the luxury box and food court areas.
Carolina Stone Ltd. installed 8,100 square feet of 16-by-16-inch slate pieces supplied by Dal-Tile. Laticrete products -- including Blue 92 Anti-Fracture Membrane, Latasil NS Natural Stone Sealant, 86 LatiLevel Thin Pour Underlayment and 211 Crete Filler Powder -- were used in the installation. The powder was mixed with Laticrete 4237 Latex Thin-Set Mortar Additive, and grouted using Laticrete Tri-Ply Fortified Sanded Grout.
