DuPont will make several new product introductions as Surfaces 2002 in Las Vegas. The company will showcase 60 new styles, colors and patterns of DuPont Stainmaster carpet with Tactesse fibers. The DuPont booth will also feature a Tactesse promotions kit with television and newspaper ad promotions available for local dealers to use in their individual markets. These promotions will tie-in to a national television advertising campaign slated to launch in April.
The company will also unveil its DuPont Stainmaster Area Rug Collection. The high-end designer area rugs are made to the same specifications and standards as all Stainmaster carpet products. This collection will be available through several mills, including Shaw, Soho and Masland. Price points range from $149 to approximately $1,000.
