Roppe Holding Co. has acquired Flexco Inc. Don Gillett, president and CEO of Roppe Holding, said the acquisition of Flexco is expected to increase the number of product lines available to Roppe and Flexco's customers, thereby strengthening the market position of both companies.
Based in Tuscumbia, Ala., Flexco is a manufacturer of Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) control flooring, stair treads, wall base, sheet rubber, and rubber tile. Roppe Corp. is based in Fostoria, Ohio and manufactures commercial flooring products.
