Mullican Flooring has officially entered the finished flooring market. According to Mullican, extensive effort went into developing the Highland Series hardwood line and Alpha A'lumina Real World Finish.

The finish is designed to be smooth and clear to enhance the grain of the slow-growing prime Appalachian hardwood used for the new collection. Alpha A'lumina Real World Finish can be used in high-traffic areas or in homes with large and active families, Mullican says. A second-generation aluminum oxide finish, Alpha A'lumina is backed by a 25-year wear warranty. Available in a variety of colors, Mullican's Rustic Series of hardwood floors has a matte finish, while the Highland Series has a semi-gloss finish.
