BR-111 Imports & Exports has been officially certified with SmartWood as a chain-of-custody company that markets both certified and non-certified wood products.

BR-111 stated that this certification emphasizes the company's capabilities, desire and commitment to promote and provide the consumer with wood products that come from "well-managed" forests (see related feature on page 26). The forests adhere to the strict environmental and socioeconomic standards in accordance with the principles and criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council.
