Colorhouse, the Calhoun, Ga.-based distributor of runners and carpets, is undergoing reorganization.
Under Chapter 11 provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, control of Colorhouse will revert to Louis de Poortere.
Colorhouse will continue its operations independently under the leadership of Sara Grunewald. The Colorhouse line will remain the same. All products in the line will be stocked from Calhoun with more inventory on the way, the company said.
