Dens-Shield backer gets an improved warranty

Georgia-Pacific now offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty for any installation applied over Dens-Shield tile backer. According to Georgia-Pacific, the warranty guarantees that the company will reimburse the owner for the cost of repair or replacement of both Dens-Shield panels and the tile assembly should a properly applied installation fail.

Dens-Shield features an acrylic tile-side coating that is designed to keep moisture from penetrating the board or migrating into the wall cavity.
