Also, the company has promoted long-time company executive Steve Stockwell to the new post of senior vice president, Armstrong Strategic Relations. Reporting directly to Armstrong CEO Michael D. Lockhart, Stockwell assumes oversight for the Armstrong Strategic Accounts (ASA) Group while continuing to manage the progress of Armstrong’s Chapter 11 restructuring.

Bostik Findley Flooring recently appointed 11 industry veterans to new sales and service positions within the company. The newest members of the company include Shamsi Gravel, floor coverings product manager; Mike Johns, national accounts manager; Dave Horton, retail accounts manager; and Ken Fuchs, floor coverings technical application specialist.

In addition, Jeff Hawkins will serve as sales manager for Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona for Ceramic and Carpet & Vinyl Installation Products. Dale Jackson was appointed sales manager for New York and northern New Jersey for all Ceramic, Hardwood and Floor Covering Products. Scott Portman will serve Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska as sales manager for Ceramic and Floor Covering Products for these states.

Bostik also appointed Bill Boschini sales manager for North and South Carolina, Georgia and parts of Tennessee for Ceramic, Hardwood and Floor Covering Products. Zac Smith has been named sales manager for Floor Coverings in California and Nevada. Ken Williams will serve the company in Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas as Sales Manager for Ceramic Products; in Wyoming, Utah and Colorado as sales manager for Hardwood Products; and in all five states and parts of Missouri as sales manager for Floor Coverings. Bobby Burwell was named sales manager for Floor Coverings and Ceramic Products in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Alabama, and parts of Missouri. Burwell will also serve as sales manager for Hardwood Products in the Florida panhandle area.

Flexco recently promoted John Truitt to vice president of marketing. In this new position, Truitt will manage all functions of marketing for the company. Truitt also serves as a member of the company’s executive board.

Witex USA Inc. has appointed Daryl Edwards as territory sales manager for the Southeast. Mark Winter will serve as Witex territory sales manager for the Northeast region. Edwards and Winter are charged with assisting Witex regional sales managers in servicing distribution and retail accounts.

Ellen Schaed has been appointed by Centiva by International Floors of America Inc. as the company’s newest sales representative. Bringing more than three years of experience to her position, Schaed will service metropolitan New York City, Long Island, downstate New York, and Fairfield County.
