Couristan donates gala budget to relief efforts
FORT LEE, N.J.--Couristan has announced the donation of funds earmarked for special corporate events to relief efforts for the Sept. 11 attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C.
According to a letter from Couristan Chairman George C. Couri and President and CEO Ronald J. Couri to customers, the company will donate money designated for the company's 75th anniversary celebrations and gala planned for Dec. 15 in New York City to relief efforts.
Additionally, the company will extend Couristan Classics Summer Sale through Nov. 15 in hopes of strengthening the economy.
