Melissa Boelter, an interior designer with Ellerbe Becket in Minneapolis, was recently awarded a week-long trip for two to Paris for winning a sweepstakes sponsored by Shaw Contract and DuPont Antron.
The contest theme was inspired by Joie de Vivre, Shaw Contract's richly colored broadloom carpet for corporate settings. Joie de Vivre is constructed with DuPont Antron Legacy nylon, which is designed to offer superior performance and soil and stain resistance.
The award was given to Boelter among a spread of French bread, Perrier water and brie cheese. She was chosen in a random drawing from an entrant pool of more than 2,400 licensed interior designers.
