Uniboard opens laminate plant
Uniboard Surfaces Inc., a subsidiary of Uniboard Canada Inc., recently opened the largest laminate plant in North America. The 260,000-square-foot facility in Laval, Quebec was built to meet increasing demand for laminate products, the company said.

Including the new plant, Uniboard has a manufacturing capacity of more than 140 million square feet. The plant is outfitted with laminating, cutting, machining, and packaging equipment.
