Carpet One has developed a growth plan to add 250 new Carpet One stores over the next five years by expanding the businesses of existing members and adding new members to the Carpet One family.

As a cornerstone to the retail growth, Carpet One is expanding its store development services to offer a suite of "smart solutions" designed to help current storeowners expand their businesses. Expansion services include aggressive financing packages, real estate services, full-service store development, and site-check programs.

Carpet One has also increased its market development staff to oversee the expansion internally and source further opportunities for market growth.
