Columbia Flooring to return to Surfaces in 2005
"Our distributor conference was an outstanding success, and we plan to host another in late 2004 or 2005," said David Wootton, Columbia Flooring president. "After a great deal of deliberation, we've decided to make Surfaces a part of our overall marketing program again.
"Whilst we have had no pressure from our customers to return to Surfaces, we believe the rapid growth of our company -- evidenced by four acquisitions in the past nine months and the increased market awareness of the Columbia brand -- warrants this additional commitment to the retail trade."
