Five colors are offered in Harper's Mill, which is backed with a lifetime structural warranty, a 25-year performance warranty, a 25-year moisture block warranty, and a 5-year light commercial warranty.

The Engineered Flooring laminate comes in three different plank lengths, including 54 1/4 inches with six planks per box, and 26 1/32- and 17 9/32-inches each with two planks per box. All are offered in three décor variations of oak.
