Damon Brown
Alison Amacher has been promoted to vice president of sales for Brintons U.S.Axminster. Amacher is responsible for management of the company's U.S.-based sales force and expansion of new business. She also will take on special projects and work closely with the marketing department in developing sales strategies and resources. Amacher has served in several sales capacities during her eight years with the company.

Charlie Brown, CEO of the San Diego-based Victor Kemp Co. distributorship, has retired and handed over the reins of the company to his son, Damon Brown. In his new role as president, Damon is in charge of "all facets" of the business, according to Charlie. Previously, Damon was general manager in charge of operations for the company.



Stephan Guindon
Domco Tarkett Inc. has announced key leadership positions for the Domco brand. Stephan Guindon has been named vice president, sales and marketing, and will oversee sales and marketing initiatives for Domco. In his new role, Guindon is responsible for all go-to market functions in North America, including sales, marketing, product management, distribution, styling and customer service.

In addition, Mario Allard has been named Domco product and marketing manager. He is responsible for product management as well as all marketing and promotional activities.

Jay Emerson
Witex USA, Inc. has promoted Donald McMahon to national sales manager. Don joined Witex in March 2003 in a senior sales position. McMahon brings a broad range of expertise in sales, management and marketing from prior experience at Armstrong and most recently Beaulieu of America to his new position.

Lauzon Distinctive Hardwood Flooring has added Jay Emerson and Christopher Breslin as regional sales managers reporting directly to Robert Coveney, vice president of sales and marketing.

Christopher Breslin
Emerson has worked in the flooring industry for more than 15 years. He brings experience in hardwood installation and sales. Breslin was general manager in southern Europe for a major flooring manufacturer, according to Lauzon. He also has more than nine years' experience in flooring-related sales positions. He will cover the Northwestern United States. Pergo is adding to its staffing resources in the North American market. Christina Freij-Larsson, currently senior vice president, product development, and member of Group Executive Management, will transfer to the United States organization, where she will be responsible for product management.
