James Hardie Building Products has launched a new generation of its popular Hardibacker Ultimate Cement Board with Hardibacker EZ Grid. Designed with a one-inch guide, Hardibacker EZ grid is designed to be easy to lay out, score and snap.

The product is 1/4-inch thick and water-resistant. According to the company, it is non-abrasive to enamel or porcelain.
