Following the recent announcement that Domco Tarkett is changing its corporate name to Tarkett, the company is introducing a new corporate logo to reflect its new identity and global profile.

The new logo will be used by all divisions to sharpen the company's profile in all market segments, Tarkett says. It features a simple design concept -- the sphere denotes Tarkett's global presence, with suggested movement in the sphere conveying continuous development and commitment to innovation, Tarkett says. The combination of blue and gray in the sphere serves as a reminder of the company's environmental awareness policy.

A full launch of the logo will take place at Surfaces 2004, as announced earlier this year.
