Amtico Internationalhas appointedHugh Pugsleyto vice president of strategic sales. He will manage the newly created National Accounts Division, which focuses on meeting the needs of large commercial end-users. Pugsley holds more than 19 years of industry experience, most recently with PermaGrain Products.

Congoleum Corp. has added two vice presidents to the company. Patrick M. Buckley, a 26-year industry veteran, has been named vice president of marketing. In this position he will be responsible for all aspects of product positioning. He will also provide ongoing marketing, public relations and communications support, and will oversee sample and display activities. Bruce Stanhope joins Congoleum as vice president of research and development. He is responsible for product development, plant technical support and product installation support. Prior to joining Congoleum, Stanhope was with Velsicol Chemical Corp.

Domco Tarkett Commercial has announced the return of Jeff Arnim as the architectural sales representative for the central region of the United States. Arnim will support the marketing of the Azrock, Nafco, Tarkett, and Tarkett Sommer product lines in the architecture and design communities.

Mannington Mills recently hired David Sheehan as director of marketing for residential resilient. In this role, Sheehan will be responsible for driving Mannington’s residential resilient business, and overseeing marketing and merchandising activities related to residential resilient products. Most recently, Sheehan was senior product manager for Pergo.

Marc Ahrens, corporate segment manager for DuPont Antron, recently assumed additional responsibilities as the company’s new hospitality segment manager. In his new position, Ahrens will provide marketing direction and support Antron within the hospitality segment.
