Perstorp acquires minority stake in Witex
Perstorp AB has acquired 25.1% of the shares of German laminate flooring manufacturer Witex. Production of Pergo and Witex flooring will be conducted simultaneously at the Witex plant in Augustdorf, Germany, although the two brands will be marketed independently. The capacity at the Augustdorf plant will be increased sharply this year while Witex builds a production plant for laminate flooring in the United States and initiates a joint venture in Asia.
