Mark D. Steele has been named CEO of Hoboken Floors. He succeeds Joel Lefkowitz, who will remain with the distributor as a consultant. Steele brings more than 20 years of international operations and manufacturing experience to his role. He was most recently president and CEO of Jakel Inc., an electronic motor and blower manufacturer.

Mark Mukosiej

Powernail has added Donovan Norton and Mark Mukosiej to its regional sales management team. Morton will serve the Virginias and Carolinas. Mukosiej will cover Florida, Georgia and eastern Tenessee.

David Pierce has been tapped as Preverco’s territory manager for the Northeast, which includes parts of New England and New York. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as district manager for Mohawk Industries.

Jim Gould, an industry veteran with close to 40 years of experience, said he is leaving CCA Global Partners to start his own consulting company. With his departure, the company has promoted Charlie Dilks to chief product officer as part of a restructuring of the CCA management team. Additionally, the retailer has named Dean Marcarelli as chief marketing officer;  Eric Demaree as COO of Carpet One Floor & Home; and Mike Cherico as president of the outlet division comprising Stone Mountain, GCO and Floor Trader. He will also continue as president of Lighting One.  The company has also promoted Tony Greco to senior vp of the outlet division and Eric Bernstein to COO of ProSource. Additionally, Bill Wissler has been named vp of national programs for CCA Global.
