‘A wealth of experience and talent': Bennet joins CCA Global as co-CEO
CCA Global Partners has named Rick Bennet co-CEO. Bennet
comes to the role with a wide range of retailing, general management, and
domestic and international experience. He was most recently president and CEO
of Direct Holdings Worldwide, an international direct marketing business with
holdings including Time Life entertainment. Also notably, he has more than 27
years of experience with the May Department Stores Co., including as vice
chairman.
Co-CEO Howard Brodsky called Bennet “a strategic thinker, tactical operator, and a developer of people.”
“I find Rick to be an outstanding individual and a person I look forward to working with,” he said. “He has earned my absolute confidence and trust. Rick will bring a wealth of experience and talent to CCA Global Partners that will expand our ability to grow and thrive.”
Bennet’s experience also includes roles as president and CEO of Famous Barr Department Stores in St. Louis and later president and CEO of Kaufmanns, a $1.5 billion division with 50 stores in Pittsburg. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and children and will be based out of CCA’s St. Louis headquarters.
