The World Floor Covering Association’s industry certification program is now available online. While overall training and coursework will still be overseen by participating manufacturers, industry members to review applications, final examination certification stages and re-certification documents through the link www.wfca.org/pro/examlist.aspx.

            “We aim to do what is necessary to enhance our members’ businesses and bottom line,” said Chris Davis, WFCA’s president and CEO. “Providing instant access to this ‘right of passage’ was always part of our plan. Those who go through the program work long and hard for this recognition and we want to make the process as accessible for them as we possibly can.”

            Included in the online version of the program are the Certified Flooring Professional, Certified Flooring Sales Consultant and Certified Flooring Executive designations.
