Chilewich Contract, a division of Chilewich | Sultan LLC, has re-engineered its woven vinyl wall-to-wall (w2w) and tile flooring to be more Green. Its efforts have helped the company’s flooring receive the Carpet & Rug Institute’s Green Label Plus certification.
The company said its products “use the least amount of energy possible and the best available chemistry and engineering,” adding that the CRI Green Label Plus certification can help a project earn valuable LEED points for following good Green building practices.
Products carrying the CRI Green Label Plus certification are tested to ensure very low VOCs and high indoor air quality.
