In partnership with HGTV’s Great Fall Fix-up Sweepstakes, Invista is hosting the Great Fall Fix-up sales event for the Stainmaster carpet line through Oct. 15. Backed by national advertising on networking evening news, HGTV, Fox News and CNN, as well as customizable print advertising, the promotion offers incentives to retail salespeople and storeowners.
“The owner incentives are pretty new for us,” said Gary Johnston, brand manager of the Stainmaster brand. “What we did was divide dealers across the country into four categories based on their 2008 Stainmaster sales. So the dealers in these categories are competing against similarly sized stores and similar markets. At the end of the promotion, the top-selling stores will receive $10,000 in Stainmaster promotional dollars.”
