CBC buys Halo Floors: ‘A refreshing brand in luxury vinyl tile'

CBC Flooring has purchased the assets of Halo Floors LLC and added the Halo Floors brand of luxury vinyl tile to its commercial hard surface flooring line. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“We are excited to be able to offer this refreshing brand to designers, specifiers and architects looking for a fresh design in luxury vinyl tile with great value,” said Jeff Collum, CBC director of flooring. “We are even more excited to be working with Mary Docker, whose name is synonymous in the industry with new and exciting design concepts.”

Docker, former ceo of Amtico USA, started Halo Floors in 2004. She created Halo’s products from her background in product development and design, and 18 years of sales and marketing experience around the world. “CBC is a perfect home for Halo and will allow the brand to be exposed to more potential customers,” Docker noted.
