Responsibility for Home Depot’s proprietary floor covering brand, TrafficMASTER, has been awarded to BrandBiz, Inc., a marketing communications firm in Atlanta. The TrafficMASTER label includes most types of floor coverings and floor care products sold exclusively in all Home Depot stores.

BrandBiz has been a brand agency for Home Depot for five years, overseeing the Hampton Bay, Workforce and Everbilt brands. Chattanooga native Paul Friederichsen, president of BrandBiz, has worked on the Home Depot account for almost 13 years.

BrandBiz also handles marketing assignments for other flooring-related businesses and organizations, such as Beaulieu of America and the Carpet and Rug Institute. Friederichsen also serves on the education advisory council of Surfaces, the flooring industry’s annual trade show.
