Five-time Grammy winner Michael McDonald will take the spotlight as the headlining performer at the inaugural ICON Honors awards celebration, July 17, in conjunction with the Atlanta International Area Rug and International Gift & Home Furnishings Markets.

“Michael McDonald is a renowned musician loved by all generations,” said Jeffrey L. Portman, Sr., AmericasMart president and chief operating officer. “He has had a significant impact on the music world and will help us celebrate those that have had a positive impact on our industry. It is an honor to have a legend like Michael on our stage for the first ICON Honors awards program.”

Created exclusively by AmericasMart Atlanta in collaboration with GHTA and HFN, ICON Honors recognizes exemplary achievement in the gift and home furnishings categories including product manufacturing, product sales representatives, and retailing.
