The W.W. Henry Co. has received the Resilient Floor Covering Institute's (RFCI) FloorScore Certification for HENRY 430 ClearPro Clear VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) and HENRY 640 VinylLock Pressure Sensitive Vinyl Flooring adhesives. The certification designates that the products offer excellent indoor air quality.
“We are very pleased to have achieved this important designation,” said Mike Crouch, vp & gm of The W.W. Henry Co. “The RFCI FloorScore and the Carpet & Rug Institute’s GreenLabel Plus certifications [which the products have previously earned] are independent industry standards that provide architectural and flooring installation professionals the necessary guidelines to assist them in obtaining valuable LEED certifications, an increasingly rapid growing requirement in new building construction and renovations.”
In addition to having achieved the CRI GreenLabel Plus and RFCI FloorScore certifications, both products were recently announced with improved moisture resistance up to 90%RH.
“Our resolve to reduce our environmental footprint, as well as deliver premium products that provide a distinct competitive advantage to our customers is unwavering,” stated Stephan M. Liozu, president & ceo, ARDEX Americas.
