Starting Sept. 15 and continuing through Nov. 15, Mullican Flooring is conducting a sales incentive campaign offering cash rewards to retail personnel who promote and sell selected Mullican products. For each floor sold, participating salespeople also earn chances to win a five-night trip for two to the Atlantis Resort, located on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Mullican’s “Get Lost in Atlantis” campaign targets sales professionals at more than 5,000 retail stores throughout the United States that carry Mullican products. The program includes 10 Mullican collections and more than 100 products in both solid and engineered selections. Cash rewards range from 15 cents up to 50 cents per square foot.
The floor collections featured in “Get Lost in Atlantis” include Meridian Pointe and Castillian Solid – Mullican’s new “lifetime moisture-warranted” products – Chatelaine Hand Sculpted, Knob Creek Hand Sculpted, St. Andrews Plank, Muirfield Plank, Castillian Engineered, Chalmette Hand Sculpted, RidgeCrest, and MeadowBrooke.
Sales related to Mullican’s Chatelaine Hand-Sculpted Collection offer the greatest rewards with salespeople receiving 50 cents for every square foot sold.
“We’re including dozens of products in this promotion,” explained Brian Greenwell, Mullican’s vp sales and marketing. “The pre-holiday months are a good time to offer incentives, and we want to show our gratitude to all the sales personnel who work so diligently to sell our products. We wouldn’t be successful without them.”
For every floor sold, the salesperson responsible for the purchase increases his or her chances of winning a trip for two to Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. The trip includes round-trip airfare from Charlotte, N.C., and a five-night stay at the resort’s Coral Tower.
