Sterling Homes Development Corp. will exhibit at the New England Home Show at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, Feb. 23-26. Located at Booth #943, Sterling will showcase its work in traditional stick-frame construction, modular construction, kitchen renovations, and bath remodels.

Russell D. Busa, president of Sterling Homes, will be available to meet with prospective clients and to answer questions. "The New England Home Show is a great venue for homeowners to meet prospective builders like us, see a sampling of our work, and get a better understanding of our approach."

A Certified Green Building Professional, Sterling will dedicate part of its exhibit to the latest trend in green building – modular construction. Amy Hauser, Sterling Homes marketing director noted, "The majority of our new construction has been modular homes, and not where you would expect. We've built in towns such as Wellesley, Concord, and Weston."

Sterling will also be emphasizing green alternatives for renovation projects such as windows, doors, paints, and flooring. Visitors to the booth can talk to Sterling's experts, collect helpful materials, and watch a video of a modular house setting.
