For consumers that chose to let a local retailer perform an in-home room measurement, Shaw also gave away a 100-piece tool set to "provide consumers with the basic tools needed to complete many DIY remodeling projects," according to the company.

In addition, homeowners had a chance to save up to $300 on the purchase of a Shaw floor by downloading a scratch and save card from Shaw's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ShawFloors, or by obtaining a card in-store. Visitors to Shaw's Facebook page could also download a digital copy of the Home Renovation Guide and enter to win the $2,500 floor makeover.
