Lauzon proudly presents two new members, Yves Myrand, Vice-President Sales & Marketing, and Bill Warchol, Territory Manager Western Canada.

Yves Myrand – Vice-President Sales & Marketing

Yves joined the Lauzon team on July 3^rd. He will be responsible for strategic and operational sales and marketing as a whole. His thorough knowledge of the market coupled with his technical and high-energy leadership skills will contribute to accelerate the company’s growth in targeted markets.

Yves brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing industries. He recently held the position of Vice-president at RCR International, manufacturer of hardware products. He also distinguished himself as General Sales Manager of SICO, a leading company in decorative paints, due to his efficient sales management skills and his accomplishments in product reengineering.

Bill Warchol – Territory Manager Western Canada

Bill joined Lauzon on July 9^th, and will report directly to Yves Myrand.  He will be responsible for all sales activities related to the LAUZON brand in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. More specifically, he will work with TRC Distribution in helping develop and better penetrate LAUZON’s dealer network in Western Canada. He will also work hand in hand with Mr. Horacio Medeiros in supporting his business development activities through the Builder market channel within his territory.

Bill has numerous years of experience in the hardwood flooring industry having been both involved in the operations and manufacturing sides of the business as well as sales. He has worked for such companies as Grizzly Wood Products, Celebrity Floors Inc., Exclusive Floor Sales, Vintage Hardwood and others. Most recently Bill has spent the last couple of years successfully managing and growing a large dealer network for TRC Vancouver.
