New wood licensee granted on Välinge's 5G Fold Down system

Dalian Jiayang Wood Products Co., Ltd is a company located in the Liaoning province, Dalian City, in northeast China.The company produces engineered wood flooring, solid wood flooring, and furniture. Dalian Jiayang has been a Välinge licensee since 2008 utilizing a 2G mechanical locking system. Jiayang has now taken the natural step to move forward to meet the markets demand of a fast and strong 5G-C installation method.

Välinge's 5G fold down systems, which are the most widely used fold down systems, utilizes a flexible and displaceable glass fibre reinforced tongue. The 5G technologies have been developed considerably during the years and has become very popular due its strong locking and easy installation.

More than 50 Välinge licensees have introduced a 5G system since the technology was commercialized in 2005.

Välinge is very pleased that also the Chinese producer Dalian Jiayang Wood Product Co., Ltd have taken the decision to introduce 5G-C flooring to the market.
