Bostik hires Adam Abell as Territory Sales Manager of Ceramic Installation Products
Bostik, Inc.’s Consumer & Construction Division recently hired Adam Abell as Territory Sales Manager of Ceramic Installation Products. In this role, he will be responsible for the company’s adhesive and sealant sales initiatives in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania and Western New York. Abell brings eight years of industry experience — all with the same flooring distributor.
“Abell paid his dues and learned about the flooring industry from every angle, starting back in the warehouse and steadily climbing to the management level,” said Brian Kelley, Bostik Regional Sales Manager. “That kind of commitment and insight will surely serve our customers and company very well.”
For the last five years, Abell was manager of the Lexington branch of Mees Tile & Marble, a Kentucky-based tile and stone distributor. Prior to that, he had various roles with the same company in sales, contractor customer service, marketing distribution and warehousing.
Abell earned a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the Home Builders Association of Lexington. He is a regular supporter of charitable initiatives, including Andy’s Run, the Franciscan Shelter House and the Trinity Annual Fund. A Kentucky native, Abell will soon relocate to Indianapolis to be more centrally located to his Bostik sales territory.
