Floor & Decor secures lease on North Richland Hills, Texas location

BH Properties, LLC, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm, has leased its 89,282-square-foot building in North Richland Hills, Texas to Floor & Decor, a specialty retailer in the hard surface flooring market.

“We are thrilled with the explosive growth we have experienced in Texas,” says Bryant Scott, president of Floor & Decor. “We build each store based on the individual needs of the communities we serve, and Texans have really embraced that model.
