Mullican Flooring recently unveiled its new Williamsburg Collection, a group of seven solid products manufactured at the company’s Norton, Va., facility.

“With our new Williamsburg Collection, we reaffirm our commitment to producing solid flooring, which is how we began back in 1985,” says Mullican President Neil Poland. “We plan to expand all segments of our business as our country’s economy continues to strengthen.”

Williamsburg products are 3/4-inch-thick, wire-brushed and available in three-, four- and five-inch widths. The products – six in oak and one in hickory – carry Mullican’s Alpha A’lumina finish, which has a 15-year warranty.

Selections include oak cappuccino, oak autumn, oak black pearl, white oak natural, oak provincial, oak granite and hickory champagne.

The introduction of the Williamsburg Collection follows Mullican’s announcement in August that its Norton operation will increase production by 20 percent by the end of 2012. Mullican has brought more than 100 new jobs to the Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee region this year.

In addition to its Johnson City and Norton facilities, Mullican also has manufacturing plants in Holland, N.Y., and Ronceverte, W.Va.
