Carpet One Floor & Home’s University offers expert assistance and training

During a day focused on closing sales and increasing the bottom line, Carpet One Floor & Home’s University introduced two new programs for members. The first is a collaborative effort with the International Certified Flooring Installers Association (CFI) and the second is a new business consulting service.

The International Certified Flooring Installers Association is an organization of flooring professionals whose purpose is to identify, train and certify flooring installers according to skill and knowledge and to provide the Industry with educational programs that enhance the ultimate goal of Customer Satisfaction. The collaborative effort between CFI and Carpet One Floor & Home’s University will enhance Carpet One Floor & Home’s installer training programs and certifications giving members access to the best programs available to ensure that their installers are providing the level of service that lives up to the Carpet One Floor & Home name.
