Quick-Step’s new White Wash Oak from the Reclaimé Collection was featured as the floor in the “Trends Hub” area at the recent Surfaces tradeshow 2013.  For the second year in a row, a new Quick-Step product served as the flooring in this key design and style area of the Surfaces’ exhibit hall.  The Trends Hub space was intended to serve as an inspirational presentation of the latest products from various exhibitors as well as a unique preview of the major color, texture, material, and styling trends for 2013.

Quick-Step’s new White Wash Oak from the Reclaimé Collection offers the visuals of a floor constructed from reclaimed, vintage wood that has been white-washed by hand.  The Reclaimé Collection is one of Quick-Step’s best selling collections and provides consumers with the rich, character look of reclaimed hardwood that adds depth and personality to a room.  Quick-Step’s Reclaimé Collection was first launched last year during Surfaces 2012 and was so well received by retailers and consumers that four new decors were launched into the collection during Surfaces 2013, including White Wash Oak.

The superior surface structure of this white washed décor’s registered embossing, combined with 5-color printing, sophisticated styling, and detailed design achieves a heightened level of realism in the romantic, reclaimed visual.  The Reclaimé Collection’s12mm thick single planks create a substantial feel in a room, while the 7-1/2” generously wide by 54-11/32” extra long planks deliver unmatched realism and expansive style.  Each plank has a matte-gloss finish and also a top layer that features a special anti-static surface to repel dust and dirt, making a Reclaimé Collection White Wash Oak floor virtually maintenance-free.
