Mullican Flooring, a leading manufacturer of quality hardwood floors, has been named a title partner for the 2014 Southern Living Showcase Home, which will be opening in the spring of 2014. 

The Southern Living Showcase Home is an approximately 5,000-square-foot waterfront home located in the Beach Park neighborhood of Tampa, Fla. The West Indies-style home will feature local and national vendor partnerships, showcasing the best of what the region has to offer in new home construction, technology and design.

Johnson City, Tenn.-based Mullican Flooring supplied 7-inch engineered hickory flooring from its new San Marco Collection for the project. The San Marco Collection is a prefinished, 3/8-inch-thick hand-sculpted flooring that comes in nine colors, with selections available in oak, hickory, maple and walnut. All products come in both 5- and 7-inch widths, and in lengths up to 6 feet. The collection carries the lifetime-warranted Claritage Extra finish by PPG Industries.

The 2014 Southern Living Showcase Home will be open to the public for six weeks in the spring of 2014.
