Armstrong Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering of Common Shares

Armstrong World Industries announced the pricing of the previously announced secondary public offering of 6,000,000 common shares of the Company held by The Armstrong World Industries  Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust  and Armor TPG Holdings, L.P.  at an initial price to the public of $51.00 per share.  

The Trust and TPG are selling 3,631,735 shares and 2,368,265 shares in the offering, respectively.  The Company will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
