Vapor Retarder Underlayment Barricade Building Products’ Floor & Tile Underlayment is a moisture vapor retarder that helps increase the useful life and appearance of flooring. It offers protection against moisture vapor with two layers of kraft paper laminated with a polymer. This offers a higher tolerance to heat and is completely recyclable. Its optimal permeance slows moisture vapor that originates below the floor system, allowing wood flooring to acclimate gradually without cupping or buckling.
