The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification's Council of Associations (IICRCA) will hold its first ever trade show, “The IICRCA Event,” May 6 to 8 at the Rio in Las Vegas.

The IICRCA Event will be held in conjunction with the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) International Restoration Convention & Industry Expo.

“Across the industries we serve, we’ve already got shows without a mission and we’ve got shows where vendors feel they could be getting more value,” said Bryan O’Haleck, IICRCA's chairman. “What we want to do is start with a blank slate, designing everything from the ground up along two lines: How do we help everyone who attends make or save money? It’s simple—but it’s also powerful.”

Created by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in 2012, IICRCA is a global, cross-industry council of associations that allows diverse interests in cleaning, restoration, inspection and related fields to exchange information, speak in a unified voice regarding major issues and deliver value both to the member organizations and, in turn, to their membership bases.

“The co-located events at the Rio Las Vegas will provide both groups’ attendees with additional networking opportunities and increased exposure to the industry’s latest products and services," said Marc Selvitelli, RIA's executive director. "IICRCA attendees seeking continuing education credits are encouraged to sign up for the RIA conference to enjoy the full slate of RIA learning sessions and courses.”
