Leah Ledoux, previously vice president of commercial sales for NRF Distributors, is joining Starnet Commercial Flooring as the director of strategic accounts. 
"In her new position, Leah will work closely both with the Starnet membership and the Starnet preferred vendor partners to develop a broad strategic account program," said Jeanne Matson, president and CEO of Starnet. "This growing area in commercial flooring represents a significant opportunity for current and future work and Leah will lead the effort to identify projects early in the process. She will leverage her extensive category experience in material selection, project management and servicing end user requirements."
Ledoux has worked in the commercial flooring industry for 25 years, starting her career in a commercial flooring company in Westbrook, Maine. From that position, she became a territory manager for J+J Industries in the New England and upstate New York markets. In 2004, Leah joined NRF as vice president-commercial sales ultimately responsible for an eight state area and 11 sales professionals. In this role, she worked closely with architects and designers as well as end users and she drove new product introductions, a range of commercial flooring projects and regional and national accounts.
