Iris Ceramica has unveiled the Blocks collection, while adding a new dimension to its Maiolica collection.

 

According to the company, the Maiolica collection’s new 4 x 12-inch size increases the product’s versatility to create unique patterns, so that any setting can be fully customized.

 

For more traditional product ranges, Iris has introduced Blocks_5.0, a design collection for floorings available in a variety of formats and finishes.

 

Iris is using Coverings, which is taking place this week, to launch a sneak peek of the collection for the U.S. market, with four new marbles in the pre-polished version and a variety of formats.

 

In other news, the company’s FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti division has unveiled four slabs, Black Venato, Eramosa, Estremoz Crema and Bianco Venato Extra, which will expand the Maxfine range of large slabs.

 

Created using a technology that is completely environmentally friendly, the Maxfine surfaces are 100% Italian made, and were designed specifically to expand the intended uses of hi-tech ceramics, according to the company. The unique size of the slabs and their versatility—in addition to offering excellent aesthetics and high resistance to stress—revolutionize the concept of coatings and create seamless surfaces.
