Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) chairman, Mike Newberry, has earned Certified Installation Manager (CIM) designation.

“[CIM is] a great program with tons of exceptional content presented by very knowledgeable people, and I’m proud to be a part of it,” said Newberry.

The program provides training tools and assessment for qualified professionals within the commercial flooring industry to enhance their core skill set, experience, and knowledge base, which are necessary to successfully manage commercial flooring installation projects. According to the association, individuals that reach this level of expertise will be easily distinguished by their achievement of CIM designation. Following obtainment of the CIM designation, the program continues by mandating necessary CEU’s to raise our industry’s value and standards of excellence.
