Carpetland USA, which opened two locations in the Milwaukee trading area simultaneously, are the first and second newest members of Armstrong’s Elite Retailer program.

Armstrong Elite flooring showrooms display the broadest selection of Armstrong flooring in every product category. These hand-selected retailers receive the best of Armstrong’s training, showroom displays and product offerings.

“Our customer-focused service is our first priority,” said Dave Brown, president, Carpetland USA. “Our goal is to exceed customer expectations from the time they enter our shopping environment to completing the installation.” 

Brown knew that the Armstrong Elite Dealer program would be a valuable addition to Carpetland’s business. “After talking with others in the program, we felt it was a great fit for us as well,” he said. “We were seeking better ways of utilizing the internet to further our business. The additional training extended to our Sales Team, accompanied by Certified Installers, assists us to become the best we can be.”

New Elite merchandising displays will be added to each showroom to provide an even wider range of hardsurface floor covering options from which customers can choose. An additional benefit of the program for the retailer is that the store is co-branded on which also helps to provide qualified leads direct to the retailer.
